Introducing Minds@Work HIVE

We are thrilled to announce the addition of a pioneering new initiative to our Minds@Work activities; one which will allow us to directly involve workers from across the UK in the creation of mentally healthy workplaces.
Minds@Work HIVE (Highly Interactive Virtual Experience) is a 90-day virtual peer support programme sponsored by Legal & General.
Working in groups of 6, each cell in the Minds@Work HIVE will work to achieve a shared wellbeing goal. Together as a HIVE working on a variety of goals, we will make discoveries about how all workplaces can adjust to support their people and create mentally healthy working environments.
The first Minds@Work HIVE will come to life on the virtual networking platform Remo, where participants will convene fortnightly. The first HIVE will focus on improving mental health in small and medium-sized enterprises.
In a time when we are all craving deeper human connections, HIVE will create community, foster fierce collaboration, and hold space for us to design the healthy working world we all want.
We will communicate regularly about Minds@Work HIVE to our email database. Sign up to learn more.
Call for Facilitators
We will engage two facilitators to help us design and deliver the HIVE beta. If this project excites you, please read the brief and submit an expression of interest by 10am on 7 October. Please send your message to [email protected]
