The first HIVE is for SME leaders

Minds@Work HIVE is a space that’s been created to meet the unique challenges of those shouldering leadership roles in SME’s.

Human beings aren’t designed to be alone. We work best when we are helping one another. However the challenges that SME leaders work through are often faced solo.

HIVE is a ground-breaking virtual peer support programme. It has been developed to focus on improving SME leadership wellbeing; specifically designed to ensure that you can bring the full force of your energy to work each day and thrive.

When you join the HIVE colony, be ready to make deep connections. You’ll choose a comfortable spot alongside 5 other people who share your wellbeing goal. Over the course of 90 days, you’ll get to know as well as trust each other. Your common ground will unite you too, as everyone in the HIVE will be the founder or leader of a small or medium-sized business.

Even at the best of times, it can be lonely to be a leader. And frankly, these are not the best of times. We want you to be comfortable to tell it like it is.

Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by factors out of our control. When you feel this way, it helps to focus on things you can predict and control. For instance, if you exercise and move more every day, you will become healthier. 

Exercise relieves stress, improves sleep, reduces anxiety and depression, improves self-esteem and cognitive function, increases energy and stamina, reduces your cholesterol, boosts your cardiovascular system and of course helps you establish a healthy weight.

You may not have control over Covid-19, lockdowns, or Brexit trade deals, but you can take care of your own body and boost your energy and productivity.

As a leader you can also introduce healthier habits to your whole team.
