She discovered along the way that being a senior leader can come with its own mental health hazards. In her book “Being a Chief Executive”, Lisa Rodrigues opens up about the sleepless nights, loss of privacy, lack of thinking time and the loneliness of being the accountable officer.

After many years under this pressure, she felt her own mental health crumbling. What happens when a chief executive who is in charge of mental health services, finds herself in need of mental health care? Watch and find out.
