Depression Alliance - if you suffer from depression, you can access a network of self-help groups here.

Mental Health Foundation - information and support for anyone with mental health problems or learning disabilities.

Mind promotes the views and needs of people with mental health problems.

No Panic - charity offering support for sufferers of panic attacks and OCD. Offers a course to help overcome your phobia/OCD. Includes a helpline.

Living Life To The Full free online courses covering low mood and stress and all the common linked problems this causes

Down Your Drink helping you make decisions about your drinking

Mood Gym a free interactive, self-help program that provides cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help users prevent and cope with depression.

Rehab Recovery a free information service to help people who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction, and who may need alcohol rehab assistance.
